Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of KARIANA software and services provided by INGI P.S.A. ("KARIANA", "we", "us"). By using KARIANA, you agree to this policy.

1. Permitted Use

You may use KARIANA solely for lawful purposes in connection with Unreal Engine project development, including but not limited to scene assembly, asset management, pipeline automation, and related creative and technical work.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use KARIANA to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Generate, distribute, or store content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or obscene
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to KARIANA systems or third-party systems
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the service
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from KARIANA services in an automated manner without authorization
  • Resell or sublicense access to KARIANA without written permission
  • Use KARIANA to train competing AI models or services
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades KARIANA infrastructure

3. AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated outputs before use in production. KARIANA does not guarantee the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

4. API Keys and Credentials

You must keep your API keys and credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Report any unauthorized access to support@kariana.ai immediately.

5. Fair Use

KARIANA services are provided for individual or team use as specified in your subscription plan. Excessive automated usage that degrades service for other users may be throttled or suspended.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of this AUP without prior notice. We may also report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.
